Lisa's turnaround time starts the next business day after you place an order. Any order after 5PM Eastern time will be considered to be placed the next day.  All other orders have a two to three business day turn around. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

All orders ship via United States Postal Service priority mail or, if light enough, first class mail. If you need products to arrive sooner, please contact me and I’ll be happy work with you.

International Orders

International orders are welcome, but must be done by emailing me! Unfortunately, you can't order directly from the site. Please email me to order. Please note that international shipping costs are expensive and generally start at $20 (that being the cheapest option). Please also note that prices are in US dollars and that tracking numbers are not provided. If you would like to pay extra for tracking, please do let me know. Also, please note that I cannot be held responsible for any custom costs nor any postal delays due to customs.
